In case that an order has been processed or shipped/ dispatched – We won’t consider a request for a refund.

All cancellations should be made within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

It is the customers responsibility to provide information that is accurate and relevant, especially the residential addresses and delivery address and the company is in no way responsible for inconveniences arising out of incorrect shipping addresses.

When do we issue a refund?

  • We issue a refund if the shipped products are damaged in any way, will provide a refund for the booked order.
  • In the case that the products are not stalled or not delivered within the span of 45 working days from the date of booking, the company shall process a full refund of the booked order.
  • In the case of re-booking an order, will re-ship the order at no extra cost to the customer.
  • There shall be no refund in a reshipped order.
  • Customers should contact customer support via email or phone to address their issues. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to respond on emails.
  • In order to process a refund, customers are required to provide the executives with details like, the order number/ reason of refund for /reshipment or cancellation of the order in the first place followed by an email.
